Hey guys thanks so much for the listen and the stars. You two rock!!!! All the best. Scott
Hey John once again wow thank you so much for the great review of "Gothic Blue" Greatly appreciated and much needed. haha I was very nervous about even putting it up for review as I'm afraid one of the philistines might trash it and that would break my heart...Thank so much my friend.
You betcha, my friend, and you can believe every word I wrote! John
Hey John "Ride the Wave" sounds awesome, man you really nailed it on this one. What a great rockin song makes me want to sing and shout along. Very well done my friend....
Hey John well that's certainly something to consider I would be proud to be part of such a project. "Ride the Wave" really hits the mark for sure. congrats on a great song my friend.
Wow, thank you, Scott! That's exactly what I'm hoping with this song...to make people shout and sing! Shaun (Arden Snow) did a knockout job with it. He really made it rock! He's a regular Todd Rundgren...does everything! I have an idea that we should do as The Rising Tide: an album called, "The Blue Wave," to excite people with some really ear catching songs.
I would be proud to be part of a project with you and everyone in our group! It would be an exciting venture!
Hi Scott, Thanks so much for taking the time to listen to and review my ditty "One Red Rose". I appreciate the score and the positive comments. Be and stay well! Frank
Hey Frank I enjoyed the listen, nice work.
Hey Nan thanks so much for the stars on "Gothic Blue" and thanks for stopping by for a listen. Greatly appreciated. Scott
Scott, this is a GREAT rocking song! The melody shows what you've learned from the greats of decades ago, the dark love theme and lyrics are compelling. Excellent music!
Hey wow john thank you so much that really means a lot. Like I said I have no idea where this song came from it just kind of happened. haha Everything just kind of fell together and there it was. Thanks so much for all the support. Looking forward to new music from you. Cant wait.
Hey Ardin thanks so much for the review of "No Blue Song" and the stars. Yes its one of those songs where I just don't know what genera it belongs. haha I have a new project that I'm very excited about "Gothic Blue" and again I have no idea where it belongs... Thanks again my friend. Scott
Hey John thanks so much for the stars on "No Blue Song" always greatly appreciated. I think I'm done with the remastering for now. haha time to get to work on something new. Love what you doing with "Ride the Wave" it will be killer when finished. Scott
Hey guys thanks so much for the stars on "No Blue Song" Greatly appreciate you stopping by for a listen. All the best. Scott
All the best Scott! As always thanks for sharin! LC Team
Hey Jeana thank you so much for the stars on "No Blue Song" I really appreciate your stopping by for a listen. All the best my friend. Scott
Hi Scott--you are quite welcome! Your tunes have a good sound/vibe, and have their own genre. :-). Thanks for the stars and listening to "Until We Meet Again". I appreciate the support! Jeana P
You're so welcome Jeana "Until We Meet Again" is beautiful and haunting. You're piano work is masterful as it is beautiful. Scott
Thanks Scott for your kind words. I appreciate it!
"No Blue Song" sounds very good...over and over again, which by the way that's a very infectious hook!
Haha Hey thanks John. Yea I definitely heard about that from the band when we used to play it live. The Lead guitar player would tell the crowd "You'll never forget these lyrics" haha Thanks John.
Hahaha! That reminds me of a concert video I saw of America just after they played "Tin Man" with the lyrics, "Oz never did give nothing to the Tin Man, that he didn't, didn't already have." Dewey said to the audience, "I'll bet all you English majors just love that song!"
Haha that's funny stuff. Great story.
Very good, Scott! I got myself covered, too: Classic retro neo-pop. I don't know where it fits but I don't think anyone can put up an argument!
Aa ha sounds like a great idea to me and very inventive. Can't wait to hear it.
Hey Steve once again thanks for the great review for "Twice as Blue" always good to hear from you.
Love your news update! I also love the reviewers who take points off because "it sounds retro." Oh my gosh, I had no idea how inexcusable that is! What a shame!
Haha I always get the new ones. Incredibly average review with no content. So it goes.
Average review...Positive: "Nice Vocals." Constructive: "Sounds off in some places." Scores: a mix of 40, 50, and 60 percents with no explanation. Then the reviewer privately thinks, "Okay, I did my reviews. I want great reviews now for my irresistible chartbusting masterpiece!!!"
Yes exactly haha how could you know. Basically he say. "Oh yawn incredibly average. I don't like the mix as it sub standard." Everyone knows the best Blues comes from France.. haha
Oh, you got yourself a production diva! I've run into those. They're aware they can't come up with a catchy tune so it's all about the mix and master! hahaha. I refer to that as all frosting but no cake! Incredible techno acrobatics, complex instruments and studio tricks, but...wait...where's the melody? Anything I can follow? Oh, well. Oh, and France? I thought it was Taiwan. Guess I'd better read up on it. Yeee-haaa! hahaha.
Haha yep that's pretty much it. All smoke, fire and mirrors much like the Wizard of Oz. Well sooner or later he'll run into a reviewer just like him, only a matter of time....
Hey Barry thanks so much for the great review of "Bye Bye Blackbird" As this is a cover of an old song from 1926 which is also considered a jazz standard I was hesitant to post it for review as it's not an original. I just felt compelled to record it for some reason. I was hoping for the kind of feedback that you gave me. I'll probably tuck it away somewhere on the off chance that someday there might be a use for it. Thank you so much again for the review. Scott
I honestly did not connect to the original---- I do like the fact that it is a remake of a classic done in (what I hear as) a unique out of the box way-- I think that makes it even more suitable for a movie/tv scene where there is some lightness or even comic aspect to a goodbye-situation..... anyway, great creativity
Thank you so much Barry I still don't know what was pushing me to record it but I'm happy I did. Thanks again man.
Hey Scott. Thanks for the review of Florida Sunshine. We lived there for many years but moved to Indiana 3 years ago. Now I'm writing Indiana songs. Mrs Kate

Thanks to both Scott and Art for the 5 stars on my track. People keep asking me about the debates. I don't give a tiny, little rat's behind. I do what I do in every electio,: write in Ronald Reagan or Richard Nixon. ;)
Nan...really?? I don't give a tiny, little rat's behind, you mean Ars.......not behind!! Hee Hee! Toodles......Art Oh for the record, I was actually just making small talk, when I mentioned the debates, again sorry!!
