Jim Hi, I have been feeling like this for awhile.... Even being fully vaccinated I am having a hard time getting motivated again.... I still ware my mask even though they say we can stop... your song is great and hits the spot, so to speak!!! Yes, a rock song! And, yes, Chris and Sundown did it all. I have a few songs I think of as Christian Crossovers, like "I Looked Up To", which won the Dallas Contest in that category last year. I've been purposefully avoiding that because I can't pump those out on my own. All the pop/rock stuff I do requires extra expense and production and musician hiring. My wife is pretty adamant about us saving up for a house down payment right now, so that means I have to do things as cheaply as possible. :-)

Thank you Jim for returning the compliment! Yes there is a lot of tracks (plenty of lift music lol). A library recently listened to "Krak" and requested a whole album of this type of material so that has been keeping me busy (almost finished). Synthetic State gets used a lot in shows like Keeping Up With The Kardashians and Push Off is currently being used in a Tony Hawk video (famous skateboarder). Caught In The Act was one of my personal favourites (but hardly gets placed! Typical) I also have a single out currently being promoted by Matrix Promo here in London. The song is called "Before It All" (feat. singer Godivar) about 13 tracks down on my song page. I'm trying to get that in an advert or film to help get this in a chart. Not easy!. Awesome, thanks for the kind words! As I wrote the song, I focused on combining electronic pop, and alt rock. I keyed in on dramatic and powerful sounding drums, edgy synth, and haunting lyrics. The drums are programmed, the electric guitar and strings are real. Thanks again and best of success with your music! Jim

Thanks...it was fun working with Flava! It was my 2nd song with Mark in Toronto - he's easy to work with. Always good to try a different genre.
