Musician, Songwriter, Audio Mix Engineer

I've been writing and recording all the way back to when the Tascam 244 Portastudio was popular and brought the small studio to the home.

From 1999 to 2008 I fell out of music except for my acoustic guitar. In 2008 I started playing out again. Before long I discovered the DAW and my eyes quickly opened to the possibilities.

I'm having fun. It is quite freeing to write and record without thinking about music trends or a chance to "get signed". Ah, what age and experience will do to you. My songwriting has improved. My mindset is just to let it happen. Whatever comes out, comes out. If maybe one of my songs brings a smile or laugh to someone - that will do it for me. Don't get me wrong, cash is good too!

I love making something out of nothing. All of you doing the same thing know exactly what I mean.

Latest News

I have two new songs. "Tell Me What You Want To Hear" is a little on the dark side but with a grove that gives you hope (not really). "One Last Try Tonight" has a Beatles vibe from 1967 with a little ELO. I wrote it with my Ric bass and a piano. The lyrics are about and sung to... the Ric bass! What else? There is an extended version too. Thanks!
