Shawn...Just listened to "Just Wait And See"...powerful track, my friend! The chorus jumps off the oage and captivates the listener's ears. And yet, you still have somuch power and emotion in the toned-down verses. Not everyone can pull that off...ya did a great job on it! Love your work...you are my Top Three faves here at Broadjam. Man Robert great new song gotta love your compositions you have to be the master of effects. The new song is wild, how do find those sounds and pull off such a great mix? Guess we wouldn't expect anything less from you.
Thanks ASOH. Coming from you, no matter what else happens later, my day is already made! On the effects; I got a little close to the edge of gimmicky on this one, but like the way it came out. Also with the fairly flat dynamics of the "language" parts I debated with myself on whether to use that heavy echo wha solo that sounded glaringly out of place at the time, but I like it now. On the mix, I think it sounds fairly clean because I've been playing a few (ok - a lot of) extra hours lately and that always leads to better timing and playing with authority. And, even though it's fairly complex I was careful to leave lots of space for the details of the different parts. You know what I mean, as you guys always have stunning precision.
Robert - once again you have created quite a sonic blaster which is certainly part of your artist signature. thoroughly enjoyed the composition. Looking forward to the next.

'Sonic Blaster' almost sounds like a character out of a Mad Max movie. and, just as dangerous to the idle listener. you've got chops and that is that!

Got some acceptances just need them to pick and use some songs, and not extend the process another six months when they have a decision date set. Fingers crossed hope we all get a few this year.

"Wrinkles of Time'" Shawn man great work on this song, powerful and one of your best compositions that has that darker feel, and I could hear this in a movie like the Crow. Like a few of us think your on to something going a little darker, your so good at it!! My thoughts - add a little lead intro, keep the vocals volume as in the beginning, and for me mix the electronic lead at 2:39 with some dark guitar rhythm or drums as Sharon suggested. Killer work Shawn as always!!!!
