Story Behind The Song
OK the story in this song is really sad and some people don't like it because of that. But first of all it is not a true story and second the whole point of the song is to make you feel sad... When Josh C came up with this floating emotional riff it sounded sad to me... and as the song developed it became this very tragic story of a normal everyday couple just living their lives... better and for worse... and having it all taken away in the blink of an eye. What I take away from this song is it makes me appreciate what I have... here and now... and not to take the relationships I have for granted. --Brian Weber
