The Paul Pierce Project is primarily a studio recording entity which features mostly music in the YACHT ROCK style. Similar artists include Steely Dan, Doobie Brothers, Michael McDonald, Boz Scaggs. Paul Pierce is a drummer/singer/pianist/songwriter with a library of songs totaling approximately 500 titles. His basic genre of music is "Soft Rock / Yacht Rock" with a distinct late 1970s, early 1980s vibe. However, Paul also has written MANY tongue-in-cheek country comedy songs such as "Who Shot My Paw", a song about a three-legged dog who walks into a bar and says "I'm looking for the man Who Shot My Paw."

Always working on new music. My next album, "Random Acts" will be finished in the next month. Still going to put on another single or two from the album first though. :)

Paul, thanks for the listen and review of "Baby Said Bye, Bye". This was a quick and dirty recording done in my little home studio a few years ago done mostly to get the idea down. Someday I'll revisit it and address some of the points you noted. Appreciate the input.
