We're back after a two-year absence.

We've been away for a couple of years - significant medical issues. Due to my wife's poor health, we're now living in an assisted living facility. Nonetheless, we're happy to be back and listening to you. "No Fault line" is killer! Bailey Rose is perfect for this great song. This one reminded us a bit of Lady Antebellum. Terrific listen! Totally loved it!. Wishing you the best,

Al And Di

Hi Rob...

Our first time to listen to you...glad we did!!! We just listened to your song "Certified Crazxy". what a great tune. love that old slow Country Swing style...reminds us of something Tanya Tucker might do. You did a great job of making the established sound come across this contemporary...nicely done! We think you;ve bridged that older style with a contemporary sound...not that easy to do but you did a real fine job of doing just that! thanks for a real nice listen. BTW, your female singer did you right oin this one!

Hey Guys !

Thanks so much for the listen and the kind words ! Really appreciate it !!
That's exactly what I was shooting for on this song .."bridging that older style with a contemporary sound"...Contemporary with retro elements .

"Amber Rose" on vocals ..... very talented singer out of Nashville .

Thanks again ..... really means a lot !!

I've listened and enjoyed your work as well !! Solid all around !! Good luck & God Bless !!

Hi brian...

We just listened to your song "Country Alright". What a great listen! Very commercial sounding. The backing tracks ar eperfect...perfect prosody. It's a really tight production and performance. the vocals are splendid. Sounds like something Craig Morgan or Kennjy Chesney might do. But your version is great!

If we may, just one very tiny suggestion: In the very first line of the song, we would change "My boy & I are by the riverside" to "My boy and I **DOWN** by the riverside. We know...very small difference but we think it wouod flow better and sound more natural...at least to our ears. Regardless, it doesn't diminish the listening pleasure of this fine tune. Best to you...

Thank you Di & Al. I appreciate your comments. Glad you liked it. Just got an evaluation on it. According to that wiz it apparently is a piece of garbage worthy of a 36 rating. Don't you love it when people don't stick to their genres when it comes to performing reviews? Thanks again.

Uncle Spider & The Electric Dirt Clods posted over 30 days ago

McB......... a 36??? Damn, I get all happy now and again when I can crack the 20 mark. kenney

You ARE FUNNY Kenney. :)

Brian...

Know what you mean! I think folks sometimes try to makre themselves feel better about their own music by slamming the hammer on someone else's...kinda sad :(. Regardless, we enjoyed the heck out of it! And yeah, people should comment in genres about which they have significant knowledge. If we listen to a genre we don't do (aren't many of those, though!), we simply leave a courteous note stating we liked it os it was fine but not our cup of tea and leave it at that. We'd buy the CD in a heartbeat if this one is representative of your catalog. Good luck with it!

Al (and Di).

Kenney...

We had to go over and listen to one of your cuts after reading your comment to Brian. Well, we really had a good listen with "Breathless". the only thing we would suggest is bringing that sexy female lead vocal a little more forward in the mix. Other than that, we thought it was pretty damned good! And that's a real easy fix...if ya wanted to. best to ya...
