Beth is songwriter of soul music. Styles ranging from Dance to pop flavored R&B to Rock and country blue's, she writes how she feels when she is inspired by her life journey.
She was a previous recording artist with Epic Records under pseudonym "Melissa Rowan" , singing POP music created and produced by Tony Valor. 2 songs were released to the international Pop & Dance scene. "Somebody Like you" written & produced by Tony Valor made the top 100 charts in 88 and was released on the movie sound track "TAP" with Gregory Hines the same year. Song was followed by dance single "I Just Wanna Get Your Loving" shortly thereafter.
She has songs released by "Songhouse Music Publishing " on "Artist for a Cure" CD. This CD was to raise money for the National Cystic Fibrosis Assoc., Great Strides" campaign 04. This campaign raised over 20 million for cystic fibrosis. Beth was both the singer and songwriter on her songs "Fear" and "As We Reminisce"
Hitting top 10 charts on Broadjam.Com, Songs "Did You Pray Today" hit #1 on pop religious charts and #9 on TN regional charts and Hitting #1 on the charts Beth's Rock Blues song "You Make Sense to Me" was #1 for several months on the classic rock charts.
Beth lives in the greater NY area, is happily married, and has 2 steps son's . When she isn't writing music or working full time selling Insurance, she spends time painting and refinishing furniture and selling her creations at Antique and collectible shows. She can be seen performing singer songwriter style at various local venues such as "The Town Crier" in Beacon NY.
