Lyrics

In mountain meadows
Where the Wolf's Bane grow
by the stream
of the cool, shady flow

When Full Moon is here
I always find you near
When dark shadows loom
I sit and wait in your room

Even with my darkness
And the secrets to fulfill
You come to my resting place
High on the hill

So long ago
When we were young
We stood on that hill
Looking out at the world
Our love was our thrill

You asked me that day
How do you feel?
Am I the one?
Do you love me still?
Where do you go?

Here where you lay
Beside the sweet water's flow
I'll forever stay
Where the Wolf's Bane grow

In mountain meadows
Where the Wolf's Bane grow
By the stream
Of the cool, shady flow
Where do you go?
Where the Wolf's Bane grow

(Break)

In mountains meadows
Where the Wolf's Bane grow
By the stream
Of the cool, shady flow

Here where you lay
I'll forever stay
Where the Wolf's Bane grow

Where do you go?
Where the Wolf's Bane grow
Mountain meadows, by the stream
Of cool shady flow

Where do you go?
Where the Wolf's Bane grow
Mountain meadows, by the stream
Of cool shady flow

Where the Wolf's Band grow

I really like the song overall. I enjoyed the vocalist a great deal and the mood that is set. The lyrics are good and set a mood. the lyrics also cause me as the listener to imagine many visions. For good trip hop the lyrics shouldn't be overly common or about common every day subjects nd in this regard this song doesn't disappoint. these lyrics are dreamy and set an almost otherworldly or fantasy based mood. The overall musicianship is good and fully supports the vocals and vision that is being evoked. The vocals are recorded well as well as the instrumentation. the production is good and I would listen to this song personally. Artistically the song reminds me of a Female fronted Roxy Music or Duran Duran or as a modern reference early Goldfrapp. I've heard many Trip Hop compilations that this song would be at home on.
