Story Behind The Song

I wrote this tune inspired by a walk through Prospect Park in Brooklyn. It was late fall and there was a hollow chill in the air. The park with its rolling hills inspired the waltz part of it but the coldness and starkness of the day inspired the harmony.

Song Description

This light, bouncy waltz is rooted in a couple of basic melidic motifs that as they develop are harmonized by increasingly modern harmony.
