Song Description

a story of a womans (or could be man ) last few minutes of life on earth and the beggining of life eternal

Story Behind the Song

Becky sat at a conference table at her work, waiting for all parties to finish talking and shanking hands........and 'tween 10 to 15 minutes wrote these lyrics ..............she emailed me a copy and ask me to put a melody with the lyric's .........a month later this is what we have. hope you enjoy it !!

Lyrics

she asked: will you sing me into glory
a song of his amazing grace
will you sing me into glory
so I look upon his sweet face
will you sing me into glory

when I was a child
she sang me to sleep
and now I sing her into glory
so the Lord her soul to keep

chorus:
will you sing me into glory
to hear the angles tell of his story
and will you hold my shakin' hand
till I see the promise land
will you sing me into glory

will you sing me into glory
so I can dance the streets of gold
will you sing me into glory
to learn the secrets heaven holds
will you sing me into glory
so I can leave this world of pain
will you sing me into glory
when Jesus calls to me by name

chorus:
will you sing me into glory
to hear the angles tell of his glory
will you hold my shakin' hand
till I see the promise land
will you sing me into glory

she wispered: will you sing me into glory
so I squeezed her trembling hand
tears of joy on her sweet face
as my broken voice began
aa..mazing grace , how sweet the sound
