Song Description

This song is describes how I felt when a girl I was dating just used me and went out with me when she needed a rebound boyfriend. Basically, I was just someone to pass the time for her until she found a "real" boyfriend.

Story Behind the Song

This was an experiment towards a rawer less "produced" type of sound for me.

Lyrics

I don't really agree with what you,
Say to me when I need someone to talk to me,

I don't really believe in what you,
Try to do so you feel alright,
But you've got it made,

You never look til it's almost by you,
You only hear what you really want to,
Even though I've been right beside you,

I may be just another someone what that means to you,
Maybe someone to pass the time,
But it stands to reason that if only for a moment,
I could've been a bigger part of your life,
I won't forget what you leave behind you,
Say goodbye to the things inside you,
They're gone with me,

I never really could understand you,
And when I thought I could finally start to,
It came too late,

Do you agree that we have to try to,
Walk away that it's time we have to,
Let things be,

So we say our goodbyes and lies to,
You and me as we break our ties,
Don't even think I'll say I'm sorry,

I may be just another someone what that means to you,
Maybe someone to pass the time,
But it stands to reason that if only for a moment,
I could've been a bigger part of your life,
I won't forget what you leave behind you,
Say goodbye to the things inside you,
They're gone with me,

But you stop to say that you'd like,
To see if we can give it another try,
Now I've learned not to lean on,
Just believing, or agree with you said,

I may be just another someone what that means to you,
Maybe someone to pass the time,
But it stands to reason that if only for a moment,
I could've been a bigger part of your life,
I won't forget what you leave behind you,
Say goodbye to the things inside you,
They're gone with me,

I may be just another someone what that means to you,
Maybe someone to pass the time,
But it stands to reason that if only for a moment,
I could've been a bigger part of your life,
I won't forget what you leave behind you,
Say goodbye to the things inside you,
They're gone with me,
