Story Behind The Song

I have been a big historian of the military and in all the interviews of the vets they all had a similar comment when asked if they were hero's, there comment would be that the hero's are the guys who never came back the ones who sacrificed all.. and I wanted to tell the story of family's who have had a member of every generation serve in our armed forces.
