Gerry Plank

Teaching in Eagle River, Wisconsin Gerry has over 17 years as a professional music educator. Currently at Northland Pines High School he has been featured in “Who’s Who” for teachers two consecutive years. Gerry has recorded with a variety of bands throughout the state. He has performed with many groups including the Oshkosh Symphony Orchestra, Miss Wisconsin Pageant Band, Al Johnson (member of the Count Basie Band), and Kenny Rogers. Gerry is a free lance musician whose recordings and arrangements for band includes many genres from rock, jazz, blues, big band and ethnic music. Gerry has performed at Summerfest in Milwaukee Wisconsin three of the last four years and recorded most recently with “Joe Bucher and the Top Raiders”. He is a member of Taxi and is an active song writer and arranger.
