A schooled musician with a Master's Degree in music, Forrest (a/k/a "Frosty") Lawson has a style all his own. His roots lie deep into funk, rock and soul, but he also has passion for just about any style of music. He plays piano, trumpet, sax & trombone. His voice is a stylistic merge of Billy Joel, Elton John and Stevie Wonder. He also owns and operates his own recording studio, publishing comapny (FLAWSON PUBLISHING) and independent record label, (FROSTBITE RECORDS). Frosty has performed with such artists as Gloria Gaynor, Frankie Avalon, Chuck Mangione, Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis Jr., Buddy Rich, Bob Hope, Red Skelton, Robert Klein, Bobby Rydell and The Village People. He has performed on GOOD MORNING AMERICA, the TONIGHT SHOW and at Madison Square Garden. Frosty was the Musical Diector for the late, great "Smokin" Joe Frazier.
