In February 2024, Mark Abbruzzese as MindFree was honored to sign as an artist with the VRY publishing company. Our band began in 2021 with myself, Mark Abbruzzese, (songwriter, guitar, keyboards and vocals) drummer Ric Rosario, and Curtis Ortega on bass and keys. I write songs that are a form of Desert Prog pulling from glam-rock, prog, r&b, punk, and metal, giving shape to emotions. At present there are two albums 2022 MindFree, MindFree and 2025 MindFree, StarDust. Our bandplay regularly throughout southern California.
