Laurie Norwood is a dynamic Australian-born Singer/Songwriter living in London.

Laurie works as an instrumentalist and composer for independent films and local Hip Hop projects. His music is an essential mix of pure live acoustic work, European electronica, UK Hip Hop and Jazz and 60's psychedelia.

An amazing "Jack of all Trades" you might find Laurie playing upright bass or electric guitar or composing a score or teaching or even project managing events, productions and albums.
He is a prolific writer as well as musician and the co founder of a visual artist studio project Dyson Studios, based in Hackney London.

Laurie believes in experimentation with recording techniques,sampling and improvisation giving his songs a fresh and dynamic production.

He has a great commitment to his local community, securing funding for a new community centre running art and music workshops.
