Well I used it twice then it broke
and it was only one week old
So I called them up for customer service
and I got put on hold.

Now I've been on hold for about an hour
and my patience is nearly gone.
All I hear is some terrible music
and I'm starting to hum the songs.

Now I've been on hold for over two hours
and it's starting to piss me off.
I'm cursing and I'm yelling but
nobody's there to talk.

I wonder when the good times starts
and when my life will change.

and I'm having a mental strain.

Now I've been on hold for about three hours

I think it would have been quicker

Then someone finally answer's

She looks it up and says, yes sir
I see it's under warranty.

So I tell her about the problem
and she listens to all my woes.
