At the top of the rock
There stood one man
Who had the power of the whole world
In the palms of his hands
When he looked down from the mountain
He saw the valley the humans dug up,
And he cried
"Oh Lord! I'm going down to the valley
And it's going to make you feel so low."

They were hungry for something tangible
That they could place their hands upon
Creating and cradling machines
While making love to screens
Heaven shook with fear at the thought of never touching them
But then he came from the sun...
"Three in one - the alien!
Who was sent from the mountain top!
We're waiting to settle the score!"
They screamed, shaking their fists full of nothing
He replied:
"Raise your hands for the plans that nursed and searched you long ago!"
For he came from the sun down to the valley...
