Great upbeat song about money. Message being: Don't be lured and trapped by the evil, greedy ways of obtaining it.
Today's societal ethics seem to be, "Anything is okay as long as you don't get caught," or, "Everybody's doing it, so why not me?"
I call it the shallow society: "Do it to others before they do it to you."
Surely there must be more depth to our personal ethics, sense of worthiness and self-esteem.
Whatever happened to "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."
After all, Christ considered it a cause worthy of His own death.
