Broadjam Member Reviews
To me the recording quality is good and the singer reminds me of Gordon Lightfoot. I think the song has market style and is likable. I do like the songs and singing style of Gordon Lightfoot.

Just the right length for listening. Quality of vocal phrasing was good.

Lyrics
a hotel room in a no star place, i listen to the radio ,unpack my case its new years eve,no resolutions made' my memories stay, though my dreams may fade cold grey walls and empty bars boring journeys in droning cars i try to make a call,i try to write a letter, she's making a break, and i can,t forget her chorus midnight is a lonely time ,for the things you say, theres a price to pay midnight is a lonely time, the loneliest part of the day the loneliest part of the day a need for money is a dangerous thing ambition is funny take whatever life brings you work all nights, she works all day no time for loving in the family way your kids soon grow up,those times you will miss your lady won't show up and you'll miss her kiss you're waiting for a call'you're looking for a letter time passes so slowly and you can't forget her chorus do you ever wonder what aims you're chasing how are you spending the time you're wasting chorus chorus the loneliest part of the day the loneliest part of the day
