Dave met his wife when he was playing in a band. He loved to watch her dance and her outgoing spirit, which was the inspiration for this song.

Song Description

"The Bosom and The Pool" is a concept album by Dave Christensen. In this chapter, the narrator has fouond the woman he longs to be with, but wrestles with how outgoing she is and how introverted he is. He comes up with ways of how this relationship can work.

That clears up misconceptions like sunlight clears a fog
Two stones struck together sometimes leave a little trace
Of each other's composition on each opposing face
