Singer/songwriter Kathy Moxham writes in a plethora of genres ranging from folk, blues, jazz, country and pop, R&B, classical, Hawaiian, and children's. She loves the blues, the sounds of the Rolling Stones and thinks that Jimmy Buffett is a wordsmith genius. She's very complex. She also sings and plays the guitar. Imagine that!

Doug Logan heard Kathy's song "Telltale Lines" and said that he could play a guitar accompaniment to it. He dreamed one up in about a minute. It was perfect so the two lovebirds have been collaborating ever since. Doug's expertise is apparent, and his touches are tasteful and beautiful. The woven combination of sounds is enchanting. On the side, Doug also plays lead guitar for Time to Confess , San Francisco's hottest blues band.

The acoustic duet play original songs in coffee houses and bars around San Francisco and the Bay Area such as Kelly's Jazz Club, Sacred Grounds, the Hotel Utah and the Sweetwater.

Kathy Moxham

Born to a musical family, Kathy Moxham is the daughter of celebrated ukulele player Richard Crompton and accomplished pianist/singer Mary Crompton. Kathy was raised in Los Gatos, California, in a climate of respect for music, laughter, playing catch in the street, and doing homework. A guitar given to her as a present from her brother, Mark, launched Kathy on her creative journey. While growing up, though passionate about music from the start, she never considered that it would play a greater role than as one of her many growing interests.

Doug Logan grew up in Madison, Wisconsin, home of Bucky the Badger and then went on to college in Oregon (the Beaver State). Doug picked up the guitar 27 years ago and has been playing continually ever since. His guitar expertise is apparent and his touches are tasteful and beautiful. The woven combination of sounds is enchanting. On the side, Doug also plays lead guitar for Lil Wolf and the Hellcats, San Francisco's hottest blues band.

After performing around San Francisco and the East Bay, Kathy Moxham and Doug Logan have decided to take their music to a broader audience. We hope that you are enchanted by the sounds!
