Jeff Slate is a New York City-based songwriter and music and culture journalist. His work regularly appears in Esquire (both print and online), Rolling Stone and Guitarist Magazine, as well as numerous other music and culture publications, and has appeared on radio and TV around the world as a music expert. He is an ASCAP-affiliated writer whose songs are administered by Drive Music Publishing and have appeared in films and television around the world. He founded The Badge, has worked with Pete Townshend, opened for Sheryl Crow, and is a Gibson/Epiphone, Hofner and Vox endorsed artist.
