Jason Della Valle, born in Hackensack, NJ in August of 1979, is a rock and roll songwriter and an actor.
He has lived in Manhattan on and off for the past 6 years. He attended New York University and studied film and theatre. His songs range from the very mellow acoustic dreamy types all the way to the edgy alternative rock and roll types. His messages are clear andhis themes are universal. He mostly plays solo acoustic with the help of looping guitar and vocal effects to create the essence of various guitars and drums coming together to haunt you in the night. Lately, he has been recording with his banc, Della Valle, and new music will be released in April 2004. He has been playing shows in New York City and New Jersey for the past year. His music has generated positive responses from many people, especially his mother. He recently performed in the CMJ Music Marathon and also at Sundance Film Festival. He has lived in Manhattan on and off for the past 6 years. He attended New York University and studied film, theatre, communications, rituals of living and dying, media activism, and beautiful japanese women.

His songs range from the very mellow acoustic dreamy types all the way to the edgy alternative rock and roll types. His messages are clear andhis themes are universal.

He plays solo acoustic at various venues throughout New York City and is now currently recording a full length CD with his band. His music has generated positive responses from many people.
