David is a singer/songwriter who has peddled his craft in his native Ireland and Australia,Singapore,UAE,Italy,Germany,
Holland,Scandinavia and the shores of the USA.
His music is best described as contemporary folk with a hint of country and Irish tradtional, and he has had his songs covered by numerous artistes.
He currently is writing an Irish Scots musical and appeared in the acclaimed film "The Magdalene Sisters"

On 22nd June 2008 David was honored by receiving the prestigious "Armagh Festival of Song Award" which is given for outstanding contributions to new music and music from the Irish tradition.

David has had new songs signed and has had long hard night recorded by Aoife Ni Fearraigh and Claddagh Records.
