His credits include the title torch song for the Billy Bob Thornton film, "A Gun, A Car, A Blonde," and his country song "Never Again" was placed in the CBS Movie-of-the-Week "Plainsong," featuring Rachel Griffiths and Aidan Quinn. Other placements include MTV, "Monk," "Saving Grace" and Access Hollywood, and Frank scored the documentary, "Declarations of War," featured on the STARZ Network.
Among his musicals, "Royal Flush," produced in Los Angeles, received rave reviews from the L.A. Times and other publications. His "McGinty's Wake," was selected by Stephen Schwartz for the prestigious Disney/ASCAP Musical Theatre Workshop.
Frank cut his musical teeth in New York, but now calls Los Angeles home. His songs have also been performed by various local singers and bands, and he performs his own material on "Angelenos," an album he released about his adopted city.
