I wrote this song after 9/11, a metaphor created out of the current lectionary passage.
Patric, I see you also got one of my Scottish lullabies, really glad you liked it. It was on my first Celtic cd.I find not many Am know the word "bairne" means baby. again thank you for listening. Your friend in music Delta
Yes , I was hindered somewhat with not recognizing language. Pretty music is still pretty music. Ego and self centeredness cause one/me to think my forms of communication are easy for everyone to understand. A lullaby of mine is Handsome Fella, I will post.Thank you for contacting me.
Hope we are now connected...look forward to your song.
Patric, thank you for your great review of A Hundred Years War...it is a cover song from another BJ singer Susan Nikas. She gave me her permission to record in my style of singing...I am a little farther north but what a trip to do a rally....I did another protest song that my producer was not happy I wanted to do it, but I insisted...on my site it is When Johnny Comes Marching Home with Johnny I hardly Knew Ya...if you get a chance....than let me know what you think....I am a friend in music....Delta
I have a few anntiwar or other protesty songs. The Wall, Funeral Train For Lady Planet Earth, and If No One Could Tell A Lie.
