TRIBAL MEMORIES

Personal pictures from my 50th bday trip to Kenya and Tanzania. Tribal chants, lots of vocals effects echoing in this world music, with a catchy melody at the marimba (percussive chromatic instrument) : The meeting of 2 cultures: locals from Africa, untamed grounded to Earth and spiritual to heights at the same time, and ours, quite hybrid and seriously altered, blending nicely by opposing tribal sounds to electronic instruments. 2 phrases summarise the sound track: "DONT GO ANYWHERE, NOTHING BETTER... THAN THIS" (plus in french: "La Mémoire..." as a conclusion)
