Tom Graczkowski is an award winning composer. He received an "Honorable Mention" in the John Lennon Songwriting contest as well as, was recognized in Keyboard Magazine as their "Unsigned Artist of the Month" among other recognitions. Tom's music can be heard in numerous independent films and a stage play based on The Phantom Tollbooth. When scoring a project, Tom isn't just about writing amazing pieces of music but have them tell stories that invoke genuine emotions. His John Connor inspired theme was chosen by Screen Composers Guild of Canada (S.C.G.C.) to be performed live by a 40 piece orchestra and recorded at the Glenn Gould Studio in Toronto as part of the S.C.G.C. annual score reading event. Biography
Tom Graczkowski is an award winning composer, graduated from the Music Industry Arts and Digital Applications programs of Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, Canada. He was recognized in Keyboard Magazine as their "Unsigned Artist of the Month" and honored by Studio 306 in Toronto with an "Outstanding Achievement" Award for excellence in audio post production. Tom's TDimension Studios is dedicated to providing audio services of the highest quality on time and on budget. These include original music composition or licensing, sound design and sound editing for visual media including but not limited to TV, commercials, film, animation, web and video games. Tom's music can be heard in numerous independent films with his most recent project an original score for a stage play based on The Phantom Tollbooth a famous children's adventure novel and modern fairy tale published in 1961, written by Norton Juster. Due to its appeal the score will be used again in another version of the play presented this summer by the Volcano Theatre Company in Volcano, California. When scoring a project, Tom's mission isn't just about writing amazing pieces of music but to have them tell stories that invoke genuine emotions. His John Connor inspired theme was chosen by Screen Composers Guild of Canada (S.C.G.C.) to be performed live by a 40 piece orchestra and recorded at the Glenn Gould Studio in Toronto as part of the S.C.G.C. annual score reading event. As an informant, Tom was invited to contribute to three books, the Complete Guide to Game Audio by Aaron Marks, the Game Audio Development by Aaron Marks and Jeannie Novak as well as the Game Industry Career Guide by Michael E. Moore and Jeannie Novak. Furthermore, TriOS College in London, Ontario invited him to give an hour long presentation to their students about all things game audio.
