For Theo Townsend, spiritual principles and writing music have always gone hand in hand. The California-based Christian artist has spent the last 30 years writing and producing songs in the Adult Contemporary / Soft Rock style with an emphasis on values. "I like writing songs that emphasize spiritual values without getting preachy", says Townsend, and true to his word, themes like the importance of family and coming to grips with the reality of God's existence commonly appear in his work.

In addition to writing and producing his original music and recording area musicians in his studio, this happily married father of three plays keyboards in a blues rock band in the East Bay called Turbo Fuegos. He is currently exploring potential publishing options to make his song catalog available to other artists.
