As all the members of the band enjoy Fishing, they booked gigs at remote locations near places where the Fishing was good, Fishing by day, and performing by night. The band briefly considered doing parodies, but thought that would be too easy. Finally the group put 2 and 2 together and decided to write all original songs about one of their favorite pastimes, Fishing!

The Bobbers are proud to present their first CD Project, “Stop Wishing, Go Fishing”. A collection of original songs performed in a variety of musical styles, sure to please everyone with an interest in Fishing.

The group is currently pursuing performance venues at fairs, festivals, and outdoor shows. To liven-up your next gathering, have "The Bobbers" drop their anchor and do a “Catch & Release” party.

The three members are in the process of writing and recording more fishing songs, and planning to release a second CD Project in 2005.
