Sun Jones is an original Roots Rock band out of Boston Ma. The band features a saxophonist and three distinctive singer/songwriters who share vocal duties. Chris Nemitz (guitar and vocals), John Vanderpool (saxophone, flute and vocals), Charley Carrozo (guitar and vocals), Jeremy Esposito (drums and percussion) and Jay Sullivan (bass and vocals) have created a big, original rock sound that is raw and heartfelt.

Members of Sun Jones have shared the stage with artists like Dr. John, Maceo Parker, Robert Cray, Ivan Neville, Derek Trucks, Booker T and the MG's, Extreme, Rusted Root and have played venues from The Paradise in Boston to Wembley Arena in the UK to the Budokan in Tokyo, Japan.

Sun Jones has released 2 CD's to date, both have had radio support from Boston stations Cool 102, 92.5 the River 88.1 WMBR.
