Story Behind The Song

I was dating a girl for a very long time but never really loved myself enough to show her love in return. After months of knowing in my heart that she was something special but lacking the confidence in myself to do admit it, the clouds finally parted ... and in that whole in the clouds I realized that she was the one. The song is about my vision being clouded for far too long, however, when the fog finally dispersed, love was waiting there all along and I'm finally feeling the sun.
