My good buddy, Jake Liudahl, asked me to sing in his wedding. It was only fitting, as I introduced him to his wife, Shawna! Knowing Jake as I do, I waited for the rest of the request to be brought forth........which was, "Do you suppose you could write a song for it?" Well, Take This Ring is what came about from that request, and has been played in "many a wedding" since then......Sorry Jake and Shawna!
