Story Behind The Song

This song was inspired by the appreciation for God and my family. I was losing sight of the important things in life. I was living in the "fast lane" and losing every thing I owned because of it. When a person hits true rock bottom, God is the one who helps pick up those who believe in Him and restores Love and Peace in their life. With the help of Burliegh Drummond from Ambrosia and his wife Mary Harris, this song came to life and helped make me want to live a better life.

This song was written about the loss of my home, my cars, my ranch and mineral rights, my desire to live, and my family and friends.
