Story Behind The Song

This song was actually started 15-16 years ago.I had a catchy title, "Who Shares the Fire With You," the melody evolved as I wrote the song...Since my early childhood my personal experiences peek into what I write. At about the age of 13 Y.O.,impoverished as a child, I took lyrics and melody to a DJ's Office for a scout looking for fresh new songs for an up-coming British Pianist. The song was on the radio two years later but because I didn't have the money to copyright it. It was a rip-off. This song has similarities to it, it starts for someone else, evolves to include my personal experiences, then back to the songs theme. Most of my work has this similarity.

This song offers encouragement,then adds cautions...with which the listener might be able to learn from. Thus, if she experiences something similiar, she will reflect back on this song and be able to relate to her situation perhaps without negative impact.
