Story Behind The Song
In 2012 Sebastion Phillips lost his Mother under unusual and unexpected circumstances. While the band had previously focused on uptempo, energetic tracks, these events inspired primary songwriter Phillips to compose this beautiful tribute to his Mom. There is an undeniable edge and honesty in both the lyric and the music - which could have only been expressed through life experience.
