Story Behind The Song

I wrote this song while thinking about things I went through in a long distance relationship I was in. I thought the depth of love and longing I felt and how to put it into words. When I went into production, I was inspired to put in the cardiac monitor sound and it became clear to me what needed to be said in the song. Love is an emotional element that can be felt physically. The line "her body hurts with his love...his body hurts with her love" to me captured the message of the song and all the emotions that I was trying to communicate.

Song Description

The song is really about two lovers that have been separated from each other, not by choice, but by circumstance. How they miss each other and how they needed each other.
