Crank It Up - written by Bruce Taylor and Keith Taylor December 2012

Crank up the engine
I'm gonna hit the road tonight
Baby's coming home
She's coming in on a red eye flight
Been so long since I felt her touch
Every single time I miss her, twice as much
So crank up the engine
I'm gonna hit the road tonight

Crank up the music
I wanna know how life feels
Rockin' down the highway
In a classic automobile
Baby's coming home, gonna hold her tight
Gonna feel the rhythm of the music of the night
So crank up the music
I wanna know how life feels

Chorus
My woman, knows me like nobody can
Loves that I'm a hard driving music man
Cars, love and music, we can't get enough
Everything's better when you... crank it up

Crank up the passion
It's driving me outta my mind
Baby's coming home
And it looks like her plane is on time
Here comes my baby, I just can't wait
Gonna take her out on a late night date
So crank up the passion
It's driving me outta my mind

Chorus
My woman, knows me like nobody can
Loves that I'm a hard rocking music man
Cars, love and music, we can't get enough
Everything's better when you... crank it up

Oh, Crank it up ....repeat

Good acoustic guitar work. Solid lyric. Good mix I think.

Great instrumental track. Vocals and lyrics were perfect. Nice story. I loved how you evoked feelings. I could definitely hear that and that's rare these days. Great job!

Really good singing here. The playing is top notch too. Great playing on what I believe is a 12 string acoustic guitar which is something you do not hear too often anymore. Very marketable track!

Loved the story line....your harmony's were good...I enjoyed the clearness of your vocal...Thanks for the ride.

Good work on a straight ahead 12 bar country/blues classic type of song! The musicianship and vocals are all complimentary to the track and the production & recording are well done.

This man knows how to write a KILLER country song. Pair the engaging, anticipatory story with an original, catchy hook and a gritty-passionate vocal and WOW! I like the way the lyrics build up to her coming home and the great time they're going to have when her plane comes in. It's a story everyone can relate to and enjoy, and the clear-cut vocals are so easy to understand. "Crank it Up" is a awesome theme and the writer sticks to it. The rhymes are fresh and fun, not trite. FIVE STARS!

love this song . great players . love the arrangement too. good job!

Great song - very nice edgy vocal and great guitar work. This song is poised for big things with the right arrangement. Harmony vocals are well done. It is a good sing-along, crowd-favorite type of song. Good luck!!

Crank it up, some good time country boy rock and roll, solide coal and guitar playing. Definite potential in this one.

well written and performed. very nice "unplugged" performance and energy.

guitars are crisp and well played. vocal is wonderful, great tone and feeling. good time feeling song.

Love the vocals. Sounds very authentic down home country. Thats hard to get now a days.
Great talented guitar player as well. Good job.

Can't say I actually know what "cranking" is...but, what do I know? I may start using the term...lol
This was nicely done...great little demo...vocalist was superb...lyrics were simple but there was enough imagery to keep my attention..I really like that it didn't go on too long...3 chords can get really old really fast...nice listen

i like the start of this tune and the steady beat all the way through.
good guitar playing.

I like the lead vocals and the rhythm guitar - really has a good beat as well - sounds a little like Kid Rock.

a enjoyable short bluesy country rock track done acoustic stripped back style, good performance and some mighty fine guitar playing.

I loved the bluesy country sound. You have good control over your voice. I loved your voice. It was a fun song.
