Story Behind The Song
The story behind this song is loosely based on the dangerous bond between two close friends of mine, each in a committed relationship, whom doubtless would have made a much happier pair with eachother. The way they look at eachother, they way they always seem to slink away from the crowd and share quiet, real conversation, the way they exchange farewells when it's time to go back to their respective realities. Almost makes you cheer for them, even at the cost of their families...tragic.
Song Description
This song carries a perfect blend of bitterness, surrender and re-awakening. It is essentially a song of two people trapped in their respective lives, which have become lifeless and meaningless, yet in eachother they find the passion and optimism of expectations lost. The question of a new beginning, a long-shot at love reborn.

Lyrics
Open your eyes to a different kind of life, a kinder life
Than the one that you've been drowning in for quite some time
Open your arms and let me crawl inside, inside
For it appears I too have grown so tired of living mine
You come to find from time to time
That you come to lose what you came to find
And I believe we can make it right
And I beleive we can make it right
Open your heart to a different kind of love, kinder love
Than the one that you've been drowning in for quite some time
Open your arms and let me crawl inside, I'm sad
For it appears I too, have grown so tired of living mine
You come to find, time by time
You come to lose what you came to find
And I beleive we can make it right
And I beleive we can make it right
