Put Your Heart Back In The Freezer Dear ©

Put Your Heart Back In The Freezer Dear
That's Where It Belongs
Put Your Heart Back In The Freezer Dear
It's Been Out Too Long

The Last Time That I Touched It
It Was Resting On Your Sleeve
But Rather Than Chance A Romantic Dance
You Just Said You Had To Leave

Put Your Heart Back In The Freezer Dear
That's Where It Belongs
Put Your Heart Back In The Freezer Dear
You've Had It Out Too Long

The Next Thing You Know I'll Be Hugging You
And Squeezing You Like This
It Might Goes As Far As A Drive In The Car
And A Big Old Slobbery Kiss

Put Your Heart Back In The Freezer Dear
That's Where It Belongs
Put Your Heart Back In The Freezer Dear
It's Been Out Too Long

That Thing Could Get Broken
There's A Chance That It Might Melt
And What Could Worse Than That Terrible Curse
Of A Heart That Actually Felt

Love the hook,

This is not a bluegrass tune, Good country sound but needs lyric work

The idea is great and good arrangement, Reminds of a Ray Stevens type song.

Straight fives! Very clever title and lyrics with an unlikely happy, bouncy, hooky tune that effectively adds sarcasm, and that's not all of the genius that goes into this tune. The background female vocals work beautifully. The instrumentation is clear. This could also pass as a crazy fun novelty hit.

You BAD. very very BAD. but Thank You. Not serious. but sadfully rite on. Totally enjoyed it. Peace be with you.

I really like the originality of this song. Great idea. The recording of this song works for pitching. Good instrumental break and vocal is up front. The sound quality is good.

Overall I think this Bluegrass tune is nice. I like the tune and the lyrics are interesting and sounds the song is a person who is not give affection.

Original lyric idea. I like the chorus. The banjo, cowbell, and other instruments support the lyric well.

sounds like the song cold cold heart. some of us have experienced the cold heart of a girlfreind or wife. the only thing we can do is move on.

This review is done on my phone, so short. Like the vocal. Like th concept, haven't heard before. Playing very good. The hook is hammered home, you can miss it. I really enjoyed it.

Liked the arrangement and the hook. Great sound overall.

This song had a nice amount of energy. I found myself smiling throughout the song. I thought the parts of the song transitioned well and the melody was catchy. I liked the lyrical content--"put your heart back in the freezer dear" was amusing. I thought the accompaniment complimented things nicely. I liked your use of the banjo and the steel guitar.

I totally enjoyed this song...it made me smile...very clever and original...loved the banjo and guitar...very smooth and clear vocal...the song is only 1:57 so you always have the option of adding another verse or adding another solo instrument...if you haven't already pitched it you should contact music libraries and music placement companies...I can hear this as background music in a lot of country themed tv shows...

I liked the hook, it made me laugh. The melody was fun, it put you in a dancing mood. Good job!

Very fun idea for a song...and you carried it off well. Cute tune, simple and catchy; I absolutely loved it. You carried the metaphor all the way through the song and didn't stray (or should I say...melt away? from it one bit. Instrumentation was excellent; pronunciation clear. Delivery with a smile...you made me smile. Extremely clever lyric writing. Loved the unique percussion you put in there; adds to the uniqueness of your track.

well crafted and straight ahead - not too long so as to wear out it's welcome

like the lyrics, really enjoyed it. And just the right length.

Great vocals. Nice harmonies. Great instrumentation. Good mix.

lol cold as ice she is

quite a novel approach lyrically to the universal unrequited love theme. clever phrasing gives the listener a reason to smile. intonation of instruments and vocals are spot on throughout the song.

Great Lyrics! a bit comical however I'm sure there is a more deeper reason for such lyrics. Really enjoyed it.

Unique hook, I LIKE IT! Radio needs more songs that aren't the same as all the other one's,

very funny song

Good lyric and fine band
