Story Behind The Song

?Chloe?s Heartbeat? was written for my daughter, Chloe who was born in February of 2004. For the entire 9 months of pregnancy, the only real association you have with your child, other than the occasional ultra sound, is their heartbeat. We heard that heartbeat every doctors visit and even in the delivery room while we waiting on her to arrive ? right up until we saw her for the 1st time. That was my inspiration for ?Chloe?s Heartbeat?. I?ve wanted to write a small orchestral piece for some time, and Chloe became my inspiration to finally follow through. ©, Harlon Moss, 2004
