Story Behind The Song
This is the song that got my wife to marry me, I believe.
We were dating long-distance for 10 months and I actually broke up with her when I thought it would be too difficult to have everything work out. When I realized I had been a fool and I could not live without her, I begged her to come back to me and when she agreed (reluctantly) to give it one more try I wrote this song and it seemed like it "sealed the deal."
We married less than a year later.
