I moved out to LA in 2000 to further my career in music and had a typical movie like experience. Lived in a 12' By 12' room. and was determined to get ahead. This song could relate to all of us non Native californians.

I got stuck in a dream, and everyone was looking at me. Everything Had a place and time and i was me. didn't really care if i got signed i gleamed with respect and a mind to thing that i was he living in a one room apartment, debt grew out my neck. didn't even have a deck.
