Story Behind The Song

Song was started driving into the sunset in Western Ma coming back from a dentist apptment near Waldon Pond. It was inspired by the beauty of the open highwway against a wide open sky. It was later produced and promoted in Nashville TN as the title track to Brandon Lepere's first EP. It won honorable mention in the country category of the 2007 ISC International Songwriting Competition.
