Frontier Justice

Song Description

This is a slow acoustic track with an old time western vibe, I had visions of outlaws on the run from the law, riding their horses across the barren land.

Song Length 6:07 Genre Country - Americana, Blues - Country
Tempo Slow (71 - 90) Lead Vocal Instrumental
Mood Anxious, Poignant Subject Justice, Worry

Very "western" vibe, a bit of Ennio Morricone meets Young Guns kind of feel. The whistling seals the deal.

Next thing that stands out is the tastefully executed use of the stereo field in this recording, a dimension missing from far too many songs I listen to here.

The instrumentation, engineering and performance is solid, my only critique being the acoustic guitars sounding more piezo-plugged-in than acoustic.

Overall this is a fantastic recording production that was carefully crafted to blend all of these elements into one of the better stereo-field mixes I have heard here.

Remind me of God's Country. Love this!

Really cool song!!! Sounds like soundtrack music to me....maybe like a bounty hunter pursuing a killer through the desert in a cowboy flick. Instrumentation, production, and mix all sound really good!
