Lyrics

It?s been a while, since 11 of September
So many things have changed
All the innocence, the world will remember
Was lost in just one day

This great country, we have all pulled together
To fight the evil that was done
Clouds of war, we sometimes have to weather
But the can?t block out the sun

Chorus
Remember September
Remember the pride
Remember the heroes
Who lost their lives

Defending our freedom
They?re not really gone
Remember September
Their love will live on

When I look back, I still feel the sorrow
That part will never go away
It will never, be the world it was before
And every night I pray

For the heroes, who defend our way of life
And keep our country safe from harm
They?re our children, they are husbands they are wives
From our cities and our farms

Chorus
Remember September
Remember the pride
Remember the heroes
Who lost their lives

Defending our freedom
They?re not really gone
Remember September
Their love will live on
