Shelly Phelps is a singer, songwriter, recording artist and performer from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She and her band play an eclectic blend of Rock and Pop-tinged R&B, Funk, Jazz, and Soul. With a sultry, soulful, and passionate vocal style, the on-stage chemistry with her band members creates a powerful stage performance.

Shelly will release the much anticipated CD, "Girl On the Wire," in June, 2004. The CD features the confessional, circus atmosphere title song, "Girl On the Wire." Also featured is "Eleanora," a bittersweet tribute to Billie Holiday, the seductive, Latin jazz inspired, "Smoke and Perfume," the heartbreaking, country-blues, "Lonely Ride," and "Holding the Door," a song about waiting for a lover to make a decision.
