Sean Carbone has been a part of the pop world for decades playing in a multitude of 80's synth bands. Currently he writes and records with Josh Nelson.

Josh is an award winning pianist from the jazz world who has worked with living legends such a Natalie Cole, while Sean has been a part of the pop world for decades playing in a multitude of 80's synth bands.

"Sure, we're a little nuts, but apparently we write nice tunes together." says Sean

When he's not touring, Josh teaches jazz studies while Sean performs comedy and magic, and teaches a course on How to make a living in the music business.

Both are accomplished composers, producers and arrangers working out of their Los Angeles studio. Their work can be heard on soundtracks, commercials, music libraries, and the radio, of course.

But now, they have a new goal. They've set out to write what they call "Modern Classics." They've been studying the standards, trying to create songs that hold up to the Great American Songbook.

"Our Yesterday" is an excellent song Sean!!! Did you write and perform it? It sounds like something Billy Joel or Paul McCartney would sing. I think this is definitely a hit and would also work in film and tv. I first cam across it when I was reviewing songs for the opportunity titled, "Emotional Singer/Songwriter Tracks: Music needed for film". I think this would be perfect for that. WHERE CAN I BUY THIS TUNE?????
